The Amaya Collective Story

 

As a designer, I have always been drawn to creating spaces and experiences that bring beauty, comfort, and intention into everyday life — through my home, my work, and the rituals that shape our days.

Amaya Collective was born from that philosophy.

Inspired by my family and Japanese heritage, the name Amaya comes from my daughter’s middle name — a meaningful connection to tradition, family, and the cultural roots that continue to inspire me both personally and creatively.

I believe everyone should have everyday things that make them feel good. The feeling of climbing into bed after a long day. The confidence that comes from finding the perfect skincare product. A beautifully set table for an ordinary weekday meal. The small finishing touches that make you feel more like yourself.
